• PDF Export: Create professional PDF documents for teacher submission
• Local Storage: Save and resume your puzzles and progress

3. User Eligibility

StudyMate is designed for students, educators, and lifelong learners of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age, you should use this app with parental or guardian supervision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StudyMate only for lawful, educational purposes. You shall NOT:

• Use the app to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Use the AI features to generate content that violates any laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

StudyMate uses Google's Firebase AI (Vertex AI) to generate educational content. Please understand that:

• AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
• AI responses are based on the topics you provide
• We do not guarantee the educational accuracy of AI-generated materials

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using StudyMate, including:

• Crossword puzzles you generate
• Study materials you create
• PDF exports you produce

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the application's features (such as AI generation and PDF export).

7. Intellectual Property

The StudyMate application, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
